In this nutrition plan consultation, I will take the information that we have previously discussed in your initial free consultation and formulate a detailed nutrition plan to help you reach the goals that you have set out. I will answer any questions and address any concerns that you have. While still being informal this will be a more in depth discussion,. Like the initial free consultation, i would suggest that this was done online as it might not be comfortable to discuss more personal details of your nutrition plan in public, however if you want to have it in person that's fine.
